Oluwaseyilayo Ojo, C. Arb
Oluwaseyilayo is a lawyer with experience, which cuts across transaction documentation, litigation and alternative dispute resolution, particularly in the areas of corporate, commercial, property and international business law. With a Master of Laws degree in International Business Law from University College London, he has been involved in various high profiled commercial litigation and arbitration matters in and outside Nigeria, and appeared before all levels of courts and tribunals in Nigeria. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and listed on the Approved Faculty List of the Institute; an Accredited Mediator, duly certified by the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR), United Kingdom; and a Notary Public for the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
